Fabulous and a speedy service, thank you for picking me up in Leigh after work to collect my car. This is the 3rd car bought from Arnold Clark and I've had a fabulous service always. Loving my car too!

Avoid at all costs. Cannot look at our Faulty brakes that are covered under warranty for over a month. This has left us without a car due to Kia advising us not to drive this one, and also being told by Arnold Clark's service advisor that they still have workshop staff on Furlough. Edit to add I spoke to Arnold Clark customer service today, (on the number they quote on all their poor reviews) they clearly weren't bothered and had no interest in resolving the issue!

Possibly the WORST car dealership in Britain. Passive-aggressive argumentative and opinionated service reception staff and grossly incompetent technicians. 'Tested' our ultrasonic sensors. Told us our car needed new ultrasonic sensors. They ordered us new ultrasonic sensors. Went into lockdown for 3 months, finally booked car in, then was called be told that particular car does not HAVE ultrasonic sensors??!! Zero apology, then accused us of being aggressive??!!? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely appalling garage. My partners car went in for warranty work, when we went to collect the car after we got home the engine warning light came on. The car was taken back the following day, we receive a call to say the vehicle has been fixed AGAIN. Collect the car later that day, come to drive home from work and the engine warning light is back on. So another call has to be made to Arnold Clark, another trip has to be made to drop this car at the garage. Also they never call back when they say they will!! EDIT - Just want to add Hayley has been brilliant through the process.
