Just ordered some blinds from Gemini, had them fitted and as always after the fitter left, we found some imperfections on some of the slats. I emailed Gemini, and they reacted immediately and sent a nice chap around, not only replaced the imperfect slats, oh no,he replaced all of them. Glad we chose Gemini as our supplier and will recommend them to all of our freinds.
