First and last time of using this restaurant. Ordered a meal at 17.20 for my 8 year old and I via Uber eats and given a delivery time of 17.50 abs 18.10. Between 18.20 and 19.35 I phoned 28times - most of the calls ended due to being engaged, no answer and restaurant hung up twice. I managed to speak with someone at 18.50 and said they were waiting for Dave to collect the food and said I couldn’t cancel the order, and Dave would be 15-20 mins. The order eventually arrived at 19.40. I appreciate that Eve one is busy now but an apology would have gone along away and when the food was eventually delivered there was no apology and the food was cold.

Ordered on line. Delivery 6.45, at 7 telephoned, order not even processed. Why give time slots? So disappointed. Food arrived nearly an hour late but excellent when it did
Placed an order via Uber eats at 5.30pm for delivery between 7pm-7.30pm on a Friday night so plenty of time. Got a cancellation 90 mins after the order just before 7pm with no explanation. Exceptionally poor and no chance of getting another delivery at this time on a Friday night. Was our first order with them having moved into the area and our last.
Excellent meal and staff friendly and welcoming.
We always like ordering from here but today the lamb was old and fatty and didn't smell fresh. Quite disappointing.
