I visited the Northwich store today with a specific item on my Sister's christmas list, a 12 piece dining set. It wasn't available in store but the manager was very quick to assist in trying to find it available at another store. When this wasn't a option due to travel difficulties she found all the seperate items and wrapped them up in tissue , creating the same 112 piece set, but also removing all labels and even finding a box for me. Her level of customer service was on a different level and I've never received anything like and I don't think I will again. It was a pleasure to shop today in these very strange times and she made sure my Sister for the gift she needed . Thank you to the Northwich Store Manager

Not happy at all! Warning people doing Christmas shopping!! Went to make a online purchase today. The website said the transaction didn’t go through however they proceed to take not one but two payments from me I didn’t receive a order number and when i called to tell them what happened they we’re rude, not helpful and told me to take it up with my bank. So basically i have been robbed. No money back money taken from me twice and nothing to show for it, absolutely disgusting! Needless to say i will not be using the website and will not be shopping at the store either if thats the way customers are treated. Everyone will know about this especially friends and family who usually shop there!!

It is ok here I do feel the store should need a bit of a refurbishment in regarding the floor as it has has a tape over the floor where there is uneven surface men's selection is not great so please check before you go what you are looking for to see if they stock it as they're online range is a lot better than the store range I have also found that the gents sizes are varied for example I'm a 38 waist but I fit it in a size 40 waste so please bear this in mind when you are choosing your clothing

Awesome collection of clothes, especially the summer collection my most FAVOURITE. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Always good to their customers. The place is neat, with ample fitting rooms. Parking lot is big too. Overall my favourite shop. 5 stars always from me
