Alex graduated university in 2006 and started with the Royal Bank of Scotland as a management information analyst. Here he developed a number of bespoke systems and processes, improving efficiency and accuracy across the entire group. He then moved on to become Head of IT and Systems, and later Infrastructure, with one of the largest UK environmental consultants where a focus on SLA and KPIs and the development of internal and external systems enabled them to improve customer relations, transparency and track all aspects of project life cycles.
