Fantastic staff, very clean toilets, good offers, clean and tidy inside, machines kept in good working condition, and wide variety. Shout out to Katie, who is always polite and approachable. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Today I had very bad experience in Admiral Norwich where Ms Helan asked me to leave casino and not allowed me to play tournament stating I don't play games there which was completely wrong. I did spend money there and moreover no rules defined stating you can play tournament provided you lose some money there....very very bad and depressing experience.
