Nothing but great customer service from Ashley and Chris during the lockdown period. Really helpful, patient, and knowledgeable with the orders for our bedroom furniture for our new home. First room already beautifully completed and delivered ahead of schedule .Delivery and installation team superb too,with nothing too much trouble for them .All Covid precautions in place . We are very happy customers and would highly recommend the Norwich store for both competitive pricing and for exceptional customer service all round. Can’t wait for the rest of the furniture, which was ordered at a later date, to arrive!

Having been let down after waiting 4 months to have a complete suite of bedroom furniture ordered from a well known store, I contacted Better Furniture Norwich who came to the rescue... within a couple of weeks I had a lovely suite delivered and installed with great professionalism. I will certainly be using this company again who went above and beyond with their customer service and care. Thanks to you all.

Wish it could be negative stars. Awful after sales and very rude. Faulty item and tried to blame the customer. No help at all, had to successfully claim money back via section 75. Stay well away.

Absolutely brilliant. Such super products- far superior to the chain stores. Really helpful, friendly advice from staff who clearly care about their customers. Prompt delivery from two lovely chaps and an issue with a missing item resolved within 45 mins. Absolutely superb service. We won’t go anywhere else from this point onwards. Thrilled with the dining set too!

Ordered a table and chairs with bar stools. Unfortunately the bar stools had a delay of 8 weeks but we chose to wait. The table and chairs were delivered this morning by two lovely men who put it all together for me and were incredibly polite. The furniture is beautiful! Cannot wait for the bar stools to arrive to complete the look. Will visit again soon as need wardrobes now

Spent several thousand pounds, very helpful when taking payment… all items received after around 2 months. One set of drawers clearly faulty but have been told it won't be replaced as it's a 'natural' fault in the wood. Now left with something that doesn't look good, and they won't let me return! Customer service takes at least a week on average to answer emails, my last one from 15 days ago hasn’t been replied to at all. Won't be going back. UPDATE: after 6 months we are getting a replacement!
