I love Bravissimo. The staff at the Norwich store are honestly amazing, they could not be more helpful and attentive. They also seem to genuinely love their job and are always smiling. Awesome choice of bras and clothes and will go out of their way to make sure you get the right size for you. The clothes and bras are good quality and well made, ooh and the swimwear too! So many colours and styles to flatter and bring out your best features :D Awesome store with awesome people!

I had a 'socially distant' fitting today with Emily who was fab. I was a little sceptical as before lockdown I'd struggled to find a comfortable bra in other places & had begun to lose the will, as they say. The first bra Emily chose for me to try was a good fit, but the second was even better, hence I bought 2 colours! Thank you for turning a tedious chore into a pleasant experience - Thoroughly recommend. X

Hade an amazing fitting with a lovely women called may. It was so nice, I got exactly what I wanted! Bless her such an amazing women, a great fitter, deserves a raise

Always amazing customer service, the women in there are some of the kindest people ever. Products are also great, a bit expensive but well worth what you pay for

As always brilliant staff, good customer service very covid secure, good system for bra fittings, beautiful bras on offer. Don't buy your bras anywhere else!

Bravissimo provides the best customer service. I have had good customer service in other shops as well but Bravissimo is on another level! The shop assistants are very patient and attentive as they offer one to one service. They're just so very helpful! I left the shop feeling really happy about the products I had purchased and wondering why more shops can't have the customer service model.

Staff always very friendly. I'm not very convinced by the swap between lingerie and clothing (downstairs to upstairs), it feels like there's less choice. On the other hand it makes bras more accessible, so we'll see if it's an improvement.
