Fantastic experience for children. As soon as you entered the store you were made to feel welcome. The colleague explained the different options available to us. The interaction is very much with the children which is brilliant and makes the children feel special. They get to pick the Teddy and use the pump to fill it with stuffing, pick it's heart and scent. Each teddy has a tag inside so if it ever goes missing and is returned to the build a bear store they can return it to the owner. Excellent experience if I could give 10 stars I would.

Absolutely amazing. I have autism, and as a side effect also have hearing difficulties. When I explained this to the employee helping me, she immediately started signing to me, and making sure I could understand everything! This has never happened to me before, so it was lovely to see it :) the other employees were also very nice, but she stood out the most! I can’t remember her name though so I can’t say who it is, but she also has autism, and made me feel very comfortable in the shop! Can’t recommend it more

Been in twice since covid. Both times got hounded before entering the shop about sanitising hands even though this was the first shop we went in from sanitising our hands from the entrance 30 seconds before hand. And when we said about it they said if you don't sanitise your hands before you enter you can't come in. So I told them to get stuffed and I won't be coming back. The first time we came in my 2 year old daughter she was being forced to put sanitiser on her hands and we refused as it irritates her hands. And they made us carry her a round the shop. I know people need to be cautious in this time but I don't appreciate being hounded by the troll behind the desk the second I attempt to enter the shop.

The place was packed. However, it was my little girls birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and rinsing me also. It's a memory they can treasure.

Absolutely brilliant service we went today and had to que for about 45 minutes however once we entered the shop and the lady (i carnt remember her name) asked us what we was there for relised we only wanted an outfit for a bear lil un already had let us go straight to the clothes without queing (about 8 people infront of us wanting new bears) then zoe on the till was brilliant thats guys!

It was the most magical experience. I just turned 19 and had never been to one before and it was wonderful! I now have an Evee called Reuben. Beautiful day.
