Not my choice of courier as ordered from Wickes. When you get a text the day before delivery there is no link like other's where you can designate a place to leave goods incase you're not going to be in during the 5 hour time window they give!!!! My delivery was 8am to 1pm........had a flu jab appointment at 8.30am so did leave a note on door. However, at 9.30am got a text with a link to track driver. My goods were collected at 9.06am (quite a good app)but then tracked around Felixstowe & back to Ipswich. No movement for 25 minutes & where the van was there is a drive in Macdonald's about 10 minutes away........l did think if the driver was English l would ask him how his brunch was. My delivery arrived after 11am & no the driver could barely speak English & despite seeing me on crutches left the goods on the path outside the front door, most drivers regardless of their nationality offer to put deliveries in the porch area! I felt my driver was more interested in getting back in his van where a huge bag of crisps was waiting to be scoffed! Perhaps a tweak here & there could be beneficial especially with regards to customer interaction instead of a 'grunt'.......otherwise not too bad, but improvement would get 5 stars

What an absolute joke of a company. Constantly fobbed off, told lie after lie after not delivering my package saying couldn't find address another one was driver ran out time on the 4th attempt at delivery another one saying it would be out again and for delivery rang again to track my package to be told its not out for delivery and has been returned to sender. No attempt at communicating from them after saying that they would email ring me etc. Me always contacting them directly to be given so many different answers. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Customer service is absolutely shocking no one new anything and are all clueless to what to say or advice to give. Very very very disappointing.
What is the point in this \service centre\ they can't even tell you where their drivers are or even if they've finished their shift...but tell you....it might still turn up or it might not. Definitely one way to annoy a customer.
Terrible, Their overpriced \same day\ service literally means that they only have to deliver before midnight. This is useless for 90% of businesses. Delivered after our customer shut and are still charging us! RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT BELOW: I have done this already it has taken over a week so far, different people have constantly told me they are getting back to me and have not, or that I am getting a call back and then I don't. Finally I get told that I can get 20 off our 150 charge. This isn't good enough as our customer is not paying us anything. Our usual courier would have got it there by the morning at a tenth of the price (which is the same as after close of business the day before). We have sent a parcel today with your competitor TFS who I can highly recommend. They go straight to the destination without doing other jobs on the way and are less expensive.
