Do not waste your time. Garage door has given problem after problem. Now, after 6 months of its installation it has broken. Aftersales not helpful.

We contacted Cooks after they were recommended by one of our neighbors. Jamie came out to see us and was very professional and explained the different options for a new garage door. The installation was very quick and tidy, done by Luke and Matthew. We then had a weather strip fitted by a different Matthew and Adam. Every member of the Cooks team, we're polite and helpful throughout the whole process, including Louise in the office. Would definitely recommend. We are very pleased with the finished result.

Superb. The whole process from quote to finished install has been brilliant. Cooks were recommended to me by a colleague who had used them and I haven't been disappointed. Prompt quote, sensible price, excellent communications, James made sure the doors were fitted as soon as possible after they arrived and the two men who fitted the doors arrived when they said they would, kept me informed, cleared up after themselves, were friendly and polite and did an excellent job. Can't fault the whole experience. Thank you.

Awarding five stars was an easy decision to make... If you want your home to be perfect in every way, get your blinds made to measure by a long established Norfolk family company. They are excellent! Yes, more expensive than ready made ones, but it is well worth the bit extra to be able to enjoy top quality products. Thank you, Cooks, we will be back!

Cooks came and fitted a garage roller door to replace an old up and over type door that was getting hard to operate, it was all installed as planned and tidied up afterwards. Now very easy to open and close, especially in the rain!!!
