Ment to turn up at 12 and were a no show, once I phoned them! They rearranged to turn up at 4pm, they eventually turned up at 6pm. They did a good job once they were here, but it was fairly easy. They did not send me a receipt and I have tried 3 times to get in touch but have not had a reply. A VERY POOR SERVICE

Roger and team are a rare combination of old-school knowledge, wisdom, ethics, and the latest technological answers to difficult problems. They appear to \boldly go where no broadband installers have gone before\, and get service to the most remote places imaginable. I highly-value Roger's advice on technical matters. Super folks to deal with.

Aline did a brilliant job fixing our landline broadband, then helping us find out about - and get on to - 4G broadband. Friendly, punctual, efficient and a fair price. Plenty of big sharks in the telecoms world and I can't recommend this small company highly enough.
