A massive disappointment ! not a great place for students who really need to study! Don't be seduced of the great pictures you see because it is not ready yet ! Residents pay to have great facilities, then strangers from outside come and use it for free since they have friends residents and they keep it loud ! the view is not the best as it looks, a lot of construction is still going on site which makes it noisy and a possibility for spiders and insects to come inside if you open the window ( The buildings should have been ready before moving in but way to go to finish it ). Anyone can enter the area as they wait until anyone opens the door from inside, I don't think it is safe anymore ! the smell of the bin store can be noticed once you are in B1, I don't really know how residents are even living there ! residents run in corridors, and no sound insulation as I can hear the person above me when he flushes the toilet ! which is a total disturbance at night. Plus you can agree on a room before moving in and then another room is given to you is just possible to happen ! the staff and security at the reception are just great, they are doing their best and I do appreciate that a lot but looks like nothing is in their hands in regards to this. Weekdays, there are works on site and in weekends there are parties. this is supposed to be a student accommodation, but it is like a free fun fair for strangers. Dear CRM: thank you for making Crown Place the best place for all strangers, they are having great time here, while residents are not !

At first, I thought the rent was expensive. 155 at least? Well, thinking back on it... There's an Iceland, Poundland and Wilko 5 minutes away by foot though. (As opposed to Tesco/Asda prices with a 40 minimum) The people here, staff and students, are worth the extra alone. Very easy to make friends here. I've yet to hear any noise, let alone all the construction the other reviews keep talking about (Maybe this was last academic year?) Not had a late delivery from JustEat, Deliveroo, etc. yet. The staff are always giving away free stuff. The staff are human. They have personalities, remember your name and are friendly enough (I say friendly enough because they don't have that too-friendly, \give me all your money\ vibe). Free gym, and more communal areas than a kitchen or a garden. There are more reasons, but I think you get the idea. Yeah, I'd say it's worth it.

Crown place Norwich Care more about money and profit then there customers. Huge disappointment and waste of money.
