I spoke to a woman on the phone, extremely rude and has no manners at all, she hung the phone up mid conversation. Cleary you can see there is a common issue about the same person as someone else has written a negative review with the same issue
like
the women who answers the phone is completely out of order - No people skills or manners, speaking to me as if i am her child. I do not respect that at all, simply calling to get put through to a few people I had names for. Just to top it off, my colleague had tried to get through and was informed the Director who's name is the company name, doesn't work for the company...interesting
