They were very professional, friendly and helpful. The dogs all looked well cared for and the facilities are clean. The process is thorough and we eventually came home with our bundle. The photo is recent and in need of a haircut bless her.

What can we say, jet again something that is very sadly needed. The staff truly love the animals in their care and are always willing to provide advice. With our support the team can help more dogs and help find them happy comfortable and FOREVER homes. Every home needs a dog as part of the family. The love they provide is unconditional, they are there always.
We were offered some financial help from dogs trust with our dogs operation which we weren't expecting to of needed but sadly it was they offered us 350 towards his fee's which we thought excellent thank you very much indeed and we were very grateful for this generous offer and went ahead with the surgery. Two weeks after his surgery now, they aren't paying it and we again are left in debt. Do NOT trust this company if they say they will help. It's not been true in this case and we are highly unimpressed and will never have anything not ever recommend this company to anyone!!
