If I could give 0 starts, I probably would! Worst bus company ever.. The buses never show up on time or even show up at all..

Awful customer service. The 0345 customer service is dreadful. They couldn’t tell me if Fakenham fall within zones 1-5 in Norwich. Offered to ring the depot.....25 minutes later she comes back to tell me that she couldn’t get through. Offered to email them as part of an investigation but turnaround times are 7-14 days. What kind of service is this when you want to buy a monthly bus ticket fast. It would be quicker to walk to Norwich to find my answer!!!

Road is closed and I can't find anything on their website about a diverted route. Ring the contact number and an automated service directs you to traveline website and then cuts off Traveline has no information for this either The road has been closed 5 days and is expected to continue. I see the bus in the city so i know I running but I can't find out where it stops as First seem to keep this secret to themselves

Can somebody please explain, to an Ipswich resident who works in Norwich , why the First bus depot is situated in Castle Mall. I regularly wait on the service to the Park and Ride while the driver drives to negotiate a path through the driverless First buses randomly parked there. Perhaps this is used as a 'pit stop' because the same Company regularly parks service vans in the same bays?

I regularly use this bus service to commute from university to my house. Over the past 6 months, the 22 service between UEA and chapel break has consistently turned up over 30 minutes late. This bus route is one of the only ones that doesn't have live updates along the route. If you installed these, we would have a much better idea of when the bus is actually going to turn up. For now, we just have to wait and hope. Alternatively, Google provide live bus service updates, which don't currently work for the 22 service or any other first service around Norwich. The times are apparently live, however this is just an estimation. It is actually very inaccurate sometimes. Overall, this bus service does not live up to the standards of bus services in other cities and towns.

Convenient app for bus tickets. Buses clean inside, pretty much on time unless the traffic is heavy.

I pay over 60 a month for buses that are regularly late or just missing, and break down regularly. Most of the seats on their buses have worn through to bare metal. I don't imagine they care though.
