Broke down in Blakeney, Norfolk, due to needing a new battery and was really let down with my recovery service, even though I was with the Harley Davidson roadside recovery. I rang Lind Harley Davidson in Norwich and Jamie, in the Parts Department, arranged a delivery for me of a brand new battery within the hour by David their driver, who when arrived, promptly put on his gloves and fitted the battery with the comment, \ I'm here until you get started\. Brilliant service, thank you so much, as I was 130 miles away from home. To top it, Jamie rang me the next day to see if I got back home OK. You'll have to go a long way to beat that for Customer Service!!!

Took my 10 month old Softail Street Bob in to discuss warrenty work due to paint literally falling off each time I wash it. Got on well with the last service manager who'd rememeber me by name and was so helpful when I needed to order anything, but the new guy service manager lost all interest in helping me as soon as I mentioned the bike was purchased through a different dealer (despite my last Harley was brought through them and I have this one serviced with them). Was told the air cooler surround is just wear and tear and i'd have to sort myself and would go away to see if can do anything about the folks. Low and behold not heard anything back. Happy to take your money but as soon as you need something your forgotten. Considering I will likely change the bike again in a year or two its looking like they have lost a customer for a future bike purchase.
These guys are great! Bought my bike a year ago, great service with what ever i need. I had a stage 2 kit installed this week and that is awesome! What a difference! Thanks to Jamie, Jordan, Keith for your help and service. Ride safe guys
From start to Finish Keith at Harley Norwich was brilliant. Responds to emails and questions really quick and was really clear and helpful on handover. Super easy deal done and will def be using them again in the future. Don’t hesitate to buy a motorcycle from these guys. Cheers
Excellent bunch of guys, couldn't be more helpful, Jamie was great at assisting with my bike service even arranging for bike to be collected and returned due to moving home and battery on bike being flat, great communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Very much appreciated, will be back next year for next service.
