Arranged an afternoon tea delivery for Valentines day. First time I'd ever used Harriets and have to say really impressed right from the start. They were really helpful prior to order with food allergies, had a seamless online order process and delivery turned up at perfect time. Presentation was superb and contents were delicious, especially the scones, with enough to last for later too. We will certainly be visiting in person once restrictions are lifted. What an enjoyable experience, we can't wait to repeat.

This place is like a time warp. The staff wear traditional maid outfits (black with a white pinny). There's a good selection of tea's and coffee's that come out in silver tea pots and lumps of sugar. The food was delicious, enough of a selection to make you unsure of what you would like. We had an issue with one of the dishes but they sorted out with a fresh plate of food and was dealt with quickly and very politely. Lots of vegetarian choices too. Wasn't very expensive or food drinks and dessert was und 30 so very reasonable. Would recommend trying it out even for just a tea.

I ordered afternoon tea for my wife’s birthday which I came and collected from your London Street store in Norwich. The service received was great - friendly and helpful staff who really went out of their way for us. And the food was fantastic. Really well presented and it tasted amazing. Thank you!
WoW!! Oh my God I loved everything about this place. The decoration, the live music, the lovely staff and the amazing rich menu. You will definitely find something you like in this place. I tried the green jasmine tea with pancakes with chocolate sauce and strawberries!! Yummy Yummy stop and try :)
