Came in on a Monday morning and was served by Billy. Purchased a canvas print. My original picture wasn't quite right for what I wanted but Billy made all the necessary adjustments so it fitted the canvas perfectly. Very happy with the Canvas. Thank you Billy and to the young lady who also served me. Your service was excellent and will recommending Jessops Norwich.

Yes it's a chain store but... Always friendly staff. They go the extra mile. Good prices (especially when an offers on). Prints are good. Canvas prints come out really great (though fingerprints won't come off).
Friendly and approachable staffs. I was looking for an urgent photo print with customised dimensions last week and they were able to help me sort thing out. I was pleased with their overall job. Thanks!
There's a story as to why I think Jessops is an outstanding shop but that is a story for another time. I have used Jessops for all my Photographic requirements for quite a long time and have never had the slightest cause for complaint. The staff are great being knowledgeable and helpful. It goes without saying that the shop has an excellent all-round array of equipment to suit experts or beginners and an attractive area of telescopes. Have a browse if you feel that's what you want. They don't mind and they don't harass you either.
Wrote to Jessops HR department for some help. Told me they couldn't help and that I had to go in store. Absolutely useless company. I thought Jessops would be a reliable company. Off to boots it is
When I went in this morning, the young man I saw was so very helpful. He helped put the WiFi on my camera so I could put my photo's directly onto my phone. Not once did he make me feel stupid because I had no idea what I was doing. Well done. Always so very helpful when you visit the shop.
Tristan was super helpful! Always a pleasure being served by someone who clearly has a passion for the products and a great knowledge! Eli in the printing section went the extra mile, trimming our print to just the right size and was really patient. Great work guys!
Edited 03/8 - Jessops have good deals and offer interest free finance so ideal for large purchases. I would still not recommend any professional service such as sensor cleaning due to an issue I had around 8 months ago.
