Terrible place, most staff are not helpful, understanding are two faced theres no direct line for help when you need it, no real help to be found.

Everyone is always very helpful and you are treated with the utmost respect. The Work Coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. Staff teaching courses always make the course desirable, inseresting and adopt a teamwork culture.

My work coach had me diligently update my online journal to log my work search progress. However he was late to every single appointment and had clearly never checked my online journal beforehand, asking obvious questions he could have found out just by looking on my profile.
