I called today to ask a question about an item and they just put the phone down on me. I should have known better really with my past experience with this company when I was left waiting and completely ignored for ages before I actually got served. In future just go straight to Amazon and you will find sellers on there who will sell and give you great advice.

Great service, price and set up. Parking space is a bit tricky, but you can't have everything.
we needed a specific bulb and had been to B&Q and Homebase with no luck so visited Thompsons. On showing the staff member the bulb he immediately ran upstairs and got it for us when he could have told us it was up there and made us go. The price was very competitive too. Would recommend.
