I recently went here as I needed put new drains in my home. The lady behind the counter was so helpful and along with manager showed me the best method which meant they actually saved me so much money and time and was within all building regulations. How many shops today with help a customer and sell you less. They even called me later to check it all went well and delivered the materials free of charge. I have since sent my neighbour there who too got outstanding service from the word go. Kitchen next so I know where I'll be going for my worktops.

I have just experienced the worst possible customer services. The ladywas rude, was given misleading information then when I questioned it out of shock I was then myself accused of being rude for doing so. They refused to serve me because I questioned about the misleading information. Terrible service
