I have a new Taycan which I purchased from the Porsche Centre Sheffield. I have subsequently had work done at the Norwich centre and the quality of staff, helpfulness and attention to detail is far better. I have had a full software upgrade recently at the Norwich centre and had the free loan of a great car whilst mine was being worked on. When I picked my car up again it was cleaner than when I first bought it! Great attention to every detail. Highly recommend.

Having recently returned to the Porsche brand I have had occasional to visit the service department at the new Porsche centre in Norwich . I would thoroughly recommend using this dealership as I found the staff enthusiastic, efficient and friendly . To mention the members of staff I dealt with, Alex in after sales, James, service reception and Kevin the technician who took the time to come out and chat through some questions I had . Matt the manager was in reception and was really helpful and welcoming. Thanks everyone, see you again for my next service.

I've have nothing but respect for these guys here at Norwich OPC. Jamie has been my "go to" guy since opening. I had a major service carried out and the communication was outstanding. Genuine advice and recommendations without once being or seemingly pushy. (Which we know some main dealers can be) I'm now back in again for a little more warranty work, which hopefully will give me a summer of fun and reassurance. It's been a difficult period for everyone throughout Covid-19, but Norwich really has made me feel very welcome and more importantly that no stone will be left unturned when it comes to customer satisfaction. Recently ordered a 911 from the new Porsche Centre in Norwich and cannot praise them highly enough. Michael the sales guy was both knowledgeable and courteous and could not have been more helpful. Genuine nice people who seem to care about old fashioned customer service. Keep up the good work.

I have already had personal experience of both the service and sales team here and for me they can’t be faulted. Jamie on service was more than up to the high standard in customer service you should expect from this marque. Michael Cornwall from the sales team was as knowledgeable as ever and went the extra mile to guide me through the whole process. All done remotely which is not easy. Looking forward to having a proper look around when restrictions ease.

Following a call with the service department, I dropped past by random on the way to work to introduce myself. I managed to catch up with Jamie, who I initially spoke too over the phone, after an in-depth chat about my car and the new 911 turbo, I was offered to leave my car onsite while I went to work. Upon my return my car had been complimentary cleaned by the guys at the garage and parked securely. A great insight to their standards and the high levels of customer service that practice. My new go to Porsche centre!
