Good store in city centre near to wilko, chapel field entrance etc with usually friendly and helpful staff. They have a lot of stock but it tends to be quite busy in here so shelves can look rather messy later in the day. The stock goes quite quickly if popular so if I see something new that I like I tend to get it as they don’t often have it in stock for very long, especially if in their seasonal aisles. The store is spacious and easy to get around. There is a few self service tills as well as manned tills.

My son in law left a shopping bag in the store yesterday by mistake. The contents were worth a fair amount. Didn't expect to see them again, but when he rang the store in Norwich they said yes they had the bag, fantastic, great service and very helpful staff. Well done Poundland.

Considering this is Poundland you would expect to have quite low standards however this store defies that. Extremely huge variety of products on sale and all shelves have more than enough stock too. Very freindly staff that I often have a quick chat with and always helpful when trying to find something. However it is a shame that the checkouts aren't split between the self service and the normal ones so there will be a little bit more time in the queue. Definitely far better than the other stores in Norwich by a mile.

They ask you to stand two meters apart but they leave the markers about half a metre apart in the till queue. Poorly managed social distancing despite constant PA announcements. Other than that, great value as always.
