We have had delays and problems this year with other packaging suppliers, but the service from Raepak has been exceptional even during the shutdowns. Raepak and in particular George Ward our account manager have been brilliant. George has gone out of his way to help us, emails quickly and items are dispatched the next day. Raepak have really helped make this challenging period much easier, would highly recommend.

Obviously this is a difficult and changeable time for many. But I just wanted to give you some feedback on the excellent account management that George Ward is providing. I know that Raepak have had some changes imposed on them by Chinese suppliers, which have affected us directly. But I am thoroughly delighted with the way that George is helping to navigate this. In addition, I am impressed that he is using this time to take a fresh look at how improvements can be made and making very good suggestions - that otherwise I would have not considered. Very much a testament to “being remarkable” and this standard of service clearly differentiates Raepak from their lazy competitors. Well done!
