Wonderful, warm and friendly customer service and such a great selection of beads and bits, fixings, cord, ribbon, kits, gemstone beads,metal charms, shell and wood... This shop is somewhere I return to again and again and it is always a lovely shopping experience and great value too! It's like stepping into a little (very beautifully organised) craft box! Highly recommend!

Lovely, friendly and always helpful. My children love it there. The workshops are wonderful and free of charge too. The owner is welcoming always.
