Like another recent reviewer I have ordered 100 of goods with no dispatch, no responses to a variety of means except one response to a very shirty email that I sent! Never pick up the phone. Absolutely pathetic. One gift needed posting onwards to the USA - clearly that hasn’t happened. Now a statement on their FB page appears to say no guaranteed delivery for Christmas! We’re not interested in your commissions for hotels or a 1000 pieces as wedding favours - start looking after your real customers! Please avoid this company, it doesn’t deserve your business or your hard earned cash!

Did the glass blowing workshop and loved it. Max was very patient and calm when telling us what to do. Made it very enjoyable and fun. We made these and we're chuffed! You collect them the next day from the studio so bear that in mind. They could do with slightly better admin as the website has a couple of wrong email addresses on and it took us ages to book the course as we couldn't get hold of anyone. But so worth it when we did the course! Will go again.

Such a shame that I have to write this review. I was really excited to order 45 worth of beautiful glass for my Dad, however the communication has been so poor I'm not even sure if I will ever receive the order. The phone line doesn't work, FB messenger no reply, FB comment no reply, email one reply out of six to say they've seen my FB comment, however still no confirmation of when my order will be dispatched.

I booked this as a birthday present for my mum and she loved it. We did the paperweight morning which was a good first time option - easy to follow and good to get to grips with. The environment was very friendly and relaxed which was nice, also the man doing the demonstration was very reassuring which was good for my mum as she was a little scared. I will be back to do the glass blowing at some point and cannot wait to pick up my work tomorrow All in all a good gift idea. I highly recommend this place.
