Best online customer experience I have ever had! I ordered a stamp about a month ago, which was supposed to arrive in Moldova, but unfortunately never did. When contacting the company in regards to a tracking code (although I have not chosen the tracked option at the check-out), not only did they offer to produce the stamp again and resend it this time with a tracking code, but were even willing to refund the order since I couldn't wait for the new product. They have been extremely friendly, prompt to respond and very helpful. Thank you for being so great!
