Having specified a range of bifold and sliding doors for client projects over the years but never been completely comfortable with the quality of the systems or installations, we stumbled across Sunflex doors at an exhibition and were impressed by the design and attention to detail. I just wanted to thank the team at Sunflex for there help with our bifold doors and roof. Our architect designed an extension that turned out to be unnecessarily complex but thanks to Lee at Sunflex, their factory and our installers we managed to find a solution to make it work!

Sunflex's door was finally ready after 10 weeks of waiting! My excitement for it to be fitted was indescribable. However When the door turned up soon they'd found out they couldn't find the keys. Then they tried to fit it on the walls until they discovered a bigger problem! The door was made wrong way round, opening the wrong side therefore the fitters had to put it upside down for it to open the right way, however this soon proved to be unrealistic as the door was custom made, so it won't lock even if they found the keys. Which they didn't! It's falling apart around key hole area and simply can't be locked. It's been holding closed with a piece of timber at the moment. And I'm being ignored. Soooo frustrated, devastated!!! I trusted the brand and heard it's German made, much more expensive than some local brands. I went for it because I thought they'd be reliable. However they've left me living in a house without a lock on the door! And destroyed my dream plan for my first house.. replaced with Sleepless nights and worries now! Thanks to you @sunflex
