I placed an order for two fishing bags from this company late Wednesday evening and I received them on the Friday morning! Communication after placing the order was great and their prices were excellent! The bags arrived well packed and were exactly what I had ordered. It was my first time using Uttings but it certainly won't be my last. I have been very impressed by all aspects of this company and can't praise them highly enough!

Bought some Aigle wellies for my wife nearly two years ago from Uttings and they've now started to split up the sides of both boots. I got in touch with Uttings and Simon was very helpful in asking for photos of the problem and quickly offered a refund (wellies are no longer stocked). Refund payment received via PayPal, so writing this to highlight really excellent customer service. Will definitely use Uttings again for their well-priced footwear!
