After we initially booked through a DIFFERENT COMPANY (a well known .com provider) we turned up to find out that the hotel hadn’t been open for a year... that is when we called not just Travel Wanderlust to help us out and provide advice - Theresa and Jim were not just on hand and helped us out they were absolute superstars... In under an hour they’d not only managed to sort us out with a new hotel but one that was 10000 times better than the one we’d booked through the other provider. They new exactly what to look for and it ticked all our boxes - Our holiday could’ve been ruined by the other provider but thanks to Not Just Travel Wanderlust we had the trip of a life time and even got engaged - Silver (or rather gold) linings We couldn’t be more impressed with their service and all this during COVID 19 - Absolutely amazing - They are THE BEST! The other company might I add still haven’t refunded us - This is testament to why you should book through reliable individuals who care about their customers like Theresa and Jim do rather than big corporations who don’t care

Absolutely five star service from Theresa and Jim. They listened to our ideas, took onboard all of our interests and planned us an exciting trip with treats, rest spaces and incredible attention to detail. We were given up to date information about what was happening in the area that we were due to visit at the time that we would be there. Step by step reports in the changing situation because of Covid-19 and quick responses every time, with choices about what to do next. We have been recommending you and definitely plan more trips with Not Just Wanderlust Travel.
