My experience was not the best. Just arrived late due to some kind of shipping problem which complicated things. I was quite upset but no one was told me what was up and after they sent the wrong shipping number (that said my shipment went to another town in the UK) I was quite angry. Then eBay said I gave an "invalid" shipping address. Horrible. The item DID EVENTUALLY arrive, but the stress and uncertainty.....and the slap to my ego after going through all channels to be told my case was dropped and I was out the money....all that was a bad experience. Maybe they did sincerely try, but I think either their attitude was a bit aloof to the whole thing. They only responded when I wrote a bad review here and on Yell. I still got no apology or at least no empathy from them...only that "People like me" make their experience "great" or something. For me it was a lot of stress just to get some card games for my kids. I hope my experience WAS the exception and that I'm just "One of those people." who is never satisfied. If that's true, then no one else need worry about going to their shop. Cheers.
