This was my first experience of contact with a notary public. Charles was such a relaxed person that made me quite comfortable as well. He took the time to explain to me and my family member about what his role is and by listening to him I get the sense that he is a people person and he takes pride in his role. I was very satisfied with the service because he did not seem like someone who was, I am just about doing my job. He was serving the public with his heart in it. By explaining to me what he was doing and what I and my family member had to do it was a learning experience for me as well. My experience as being one of great satisfaction that I would highly recommend to anyone this service.
