Definitely use this place again. The lady has made absolutely brilliant alterations to Jean's, trousers etc. She is worth her weight in gold! And she's lovely too.

She told me a dry clean and a button would be sewn on by Tuesday (took the coat in on Saturday) Paid full left the store! Went back Tuesday wasn't done! I was told her daughter didn't want to get out of bed for school so she was late and couldn't get the coat? So my coats not ready. Was told that at 9am next day it would be done. Went back Wednesday (today) at 9am she didn't turn up until 9:30am! Rang the mobile 11 times but that's left in the store? Got the coat out and the button still wasn't done. I was mad by this point. She then told me it had not been done as her daughter was in hospital all night with a fractured finger. True or not I won't be going back. First and last time! Also mentioned she dosnt care what I think or anyone else says and I was nasty from the first day we met??? (Even when I went in with my 2 girls took the coat, paid and left.) I didn't even say anything to her the day before on Tuesday when she didn't do the job! I said it's ok I will come back in the morning, she then went on to say aww I'm sorry it's cold aswell. I then left with my husband and 2 year old. I'm expecting a rude response. I think just admitting that a mistake had happened for whatever reason is not easy for this lady to admit.
