Terrible service. Will never order from them again, if I could leave no stars I would. Promised a Delivery within 3 days. When chased after 5 days informed it would not be coming until the following Thursday. No further correspondence from them but when it came to Thursday the dishwasher did not arrive. When chased was told there was nothing they could do and that they had just been 'fobbed off' by their supplier. Costs for two cancelled plumbers and electricians to install the dishwasher have been incurred by myself and they couldn't care less. Simply told by Julian I shouldn't have ordered from the internet.

I ordered a dishwasher after a lot of looking around, have had it now for almost 2 yrs and thought it was tripping the electric, so telephoned and within a day the guy was here, only to tell us there was nothing wrong, it was in fact our electric supply. Very prompt service and excellent correspondence with Julian x x
