The staff are absolutely amazing! I donated for the first time and they were all so great in checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable and alright. They were willing to answer any questions I asked and let me take my time in recuperating after the whole process. Thank you again to everyone who helped me! You're all incredible.

Donated recently at this facility and the staff are really great. This place is very organized and staff are very polite and helpful in getting the donation done. If you are a first time time donor it will take sometime for screening but if you are a regular donor, it is very easy.

Really easy to find with parking next door at trinity Square. Plus the donor centre make a contribution to the parking. Running on time and really quick being processed. I was kept informed throughout and given advice on what to do/not do after giving blood.

Been to this place 19 times so far and enjoyed each one. From their menu, I chose to take the platelets option which I’d highly recommend. It takes slightly longer overall, but you get to your seat early. The staff are incredibly professional and caring, they do a great job looking after everyone. I usually end up eating a bunch of mini-cheddars and penguin biscuits, which adds a touch of nostalgia to an overall great experience as these were a staple of school lunches when I was a child.
