Worst experience of my life. Very unknowledgable service team, with poor cleaning standards. The lacquer on my wheels was stripped off. It had been through many car washes before, that honestly did a FAR better job. My wife and I only chose this dealership, as it was cheaper than Arnold Clark, for a service. What a mistake. You get what you pay for. After addressing the issue, straight away at the dealership, I was told the service manager would ring me on Monday. A service tech took pics. The shop manager herself said it was damage to wheels from use of the wrong chemicals or for getting too close to the wheels, with a jet washer. They weren't at all busy this day and every car on the forecourt looked completely filthy. I spoke to the service manager after much chasing, about a week later. I was told \they wash many many wheels\ and that it was nothing they did. My wife and I escalated to a general manager. This was months ago and we still have heard nothing. Very sloppy and poorly run establishment. Extremely unprofessional. I would avoid at all costs. I am now forced to pay hundreds of pounds, to fix my wheels. We will NEVER go to this dealership or any in the group, for ANYTHING, ever again.

By far the best car showroom experience ever. No pushy sales personnel, no sales gimmicks answered every question I had. As the car being purchased was for my son. Will definitely go back for my next car and will recommend to friends and family

So you have a dangerous bend with speeds humps before & after, raised curb cycle lane & double yellow lines.. Let's park a vehicle transporter there at one of the busiest times of the day, that'll make it safer
