I'm really shocked to read these negative reviews. I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I've had and find everyone really helpful and welcoming. Yusur is the dentist that carried out my treatment and I certainly have no complaints. I'm greeted with a big beaming smile and she explains exactly what she plans to do, I've think shes very experienced and cannot thank her enough for the care I received

I was a little apprehensive about coming in to have Luke's teeth checked, not for any doubts about your hygeine practices or the practice itself, simply because he hadn't been for so long and I wondered how he would react to being \back in the chair again\ as it were. Both the dentist, Caroline Bunting and the dental nurse, Rebecca Milner(hopfully I heard the names correctly when I called to ask, apologies if not) were absolutely brilliant!!! They instantly put Luke at ease by cleaning the teeth of the toy that he had taken with him and then moved on to do his own examination which went so smoothly I could not have asked for any better. They even managed to get some extra flouride on his teeth as well. I also discussed that we generally have \sugar free\ sweets wherever possible and was advised that the ones containing xylitol were available as well, everything advised was a great help. I would also like to mention the receptionists as they are so helpful as well, just brilliant, all of you, Thanks So Much!!!!! It turned out that my worries were completely unfounded because every member of staff you have is so professional and helpful and I really appreciate what a lovely experience it turned out to be.

Awful dentist and the most condescending receptionist you'll ever meet. Not helpful in the slightest. Been with the practice for nearly 8 years. First dentist was ok, since then had about 6 different dentists most have been terrible. My own fault for staying with them I guess but since moving to a new dentist my oral health has massively improved. Please please please AVOID at all cost! Also never on time and usually get seen 20-40 minutes late. I'm not the the type to leave reviews or criticise in general but I don't want anyone to join this subpar dental practice.

Dental nurses don't seem so bad but the actual reception are very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. They constantly ring to rearrange your appointments and when they ring you to rearrange they aren't helpful in finding another date and leave you feeling like you've been an inconvenience when they are changing the date! They are only open 8:30 - 17:00 Mon - Fri for non NHS patients which isn't very appropriate for people who have jobs!!!!
