I was referred to Compton Acres from my regular practice due to needing a complex treatment that my dentist was unable to do. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful in getting me booked in at a time that suited me. Paul Lyons the dentist who saw me put me at ease straight away explaining the procedure to me in a way I could understand. He continued explaining what he was doing all the way through which made me feel a lot better as it was a long appointment and there was lots of different stages I had never experienced before. All in all I was made to feel very welcome here, and I cannot recommend this practice and Paul highly enough.

My wife, younger daughter and I have been patients at Compton Acres Dental Practice since it was opened by the great dentist (now retired) John Grummit many years ago. We have had nothing but excellent, caring, affordable treatment by all the dentists who practiced there - and the dental nurses, receptionists and Dental Hygenists have all been great, too. My wife Julia has nothing but high praise for her current dentist Mr. Lyons and feels the criticism he received in one of the reviews below is not warranted.

A well run and very friendly practice. A great team who impressed me when I joined and most recently with their professional but friendly attitude during lockdown. The best practice I have registered with by far.

I started writing a lengthy paragraph to describe how well I was treated at all times by all points of contact. I observed, professionalism, caring, chemistry and was particularly impressed by the skill and speed of the oral surgeon Raj who performed a tricky procedure which prior to the procedure, could have resulted in losing a small piece of jaw bone but fortunately due to the skill of this surgeon did not. Absolutely painless surgery professionally executed by a Raj who made a follow up call to assess my condition post op. No bleeding no pain and no swelling. WITHOUT HESITATION, FROM RECEPTION TO SURGEON, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS NOTTINGHAM BASED PRACTICE TO ANYONE.

Great dental practice! Cannot recommend Paul Lyons and his dental nurse Saffron enough! Great team! After having 11 months of treatment completed I am finally happy with my teeth, would definitely recommend! Thank you again!
