Was recommended to us. We visited this branch many times whilst making decisions over our new bathroom. The manager was really informative and helpful and we made several orders with them in the end. We looked at lots of other companies but felt EB was one of the best in terms of range and price. We also liked the showroom layout, lots to look at when making decisions.

Got my en-suite shower done last year, the tall man (I forgot his name) was great and always very helpful but the younger woman not so. I wanted to get some samples of tiling as I was unsure if it was going to actually look the picture in the catalogue, she stated I was going to have to pay for this to be delivered to them in-store. I refused as I thought it was cheeky asking money for a sample of something they should really have in-store especially when I had already spent over 3000 with them the previous day, turns out when the floor tiles came they were much lighter than what the catalogue showedand was too much hassle to arrange a change, not good
