Very busy, so I cleared my own table much to the annoyance of a male member of staff who abruptly told me I should have asked to have it cleared, to which I replied “ I shouldn’t have to ask” Won’t be returning or recommend with such rude staff. Well one in particular Rest of staff seemed very nice

Lovely place with lots of Gluten Free options but rubbish for but allergies. I was told that they couldn’t guarantee that products hadn’t been made in a place where nuts are used, I understand that. However, they didn’t know which contained nuts as they were in between suppliers, and didn’t see this as an issue. Very disappointing.

Fillmore and Union is an excellent place that caters for all food tolerances/diets. A great plus is they have a lot of vegan food for breakfast, lunch and some of the large meals for dinner. I highly recommend the cacou waffle it comes with fresh fruit and is both filling and incredibly reasonably priced.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a quick bite to eat for myself and two other people. One of them has a nut allergy. To avoid any problems, the person with a nut allergy ordered a sandwich. Seems easy, right? Wrong. The sandwich was covered in seeds (which also means a reaction.) Not worth the money at all.

Food awful. Took it back and lady said to scrape topping off and eat the bread. The salad was so hot my head nearly blew off, and my daughters smoothie was vile.

A fresh looking and lively environment and change to the old John Lewis. That said however I preferred the old John Lewis coffee shop. The cleanliness here is good. the ambiance is pleasant. I ordered a salad with chicken and hummus etc This was a disappointment from the start. firstly It appeared prepacked in a plastic tub that you have to open yourself and put on the supplied plate, More suited to a take away meal. Unfortunately the sald had very little chicken in it - two slices of breast meat but not whole slices , a thin sliver from the edge was the only evidence of chicken. It also had very little salad in it unlike the salad shown on their web site. Tomato, lettuce, onion, avocado would have made the world of difference. If you are looking for a quick cup of coffee and buscuit it is enjoyable enough but be prepared to pay silly money for the pleasure of the biscuit. Tip: go for drinks and the soup unless they up their game.

Popped in for a smoothie as I’m a sucker for a good berry smoothie, and I must say this was the freshest smoothie I’ve tasted! Customer service was very good and I felt welcomed and the place itself was a nice and light atmosphere. Students get discount too which was a plus ! :)
