I ordered a fingerprint kit for my new Granddaughter, on return it was lost in the post , after contacting the owner although the business was closed due to Corona she checked and sent out another the day she reopened. Today I received the charm and couldn’t be more delighted with it . I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend. The service was second to none . One very happy customer !

Wish I had read the reviews. Totally agree customer service is awful. I only brought from here because my mother in law has a finger print of my eldest so wanted to use the same company for my newest. I cant even see the imprint and I asked and reached out for them to help and I would pay extra for it to be rectified but all I got was stubbornness and rudeness. Avoid!!

I brought a charm from Gifts in mind for my daughter in law as a keepsake of her first child . She was over the moon when I gave her the kit . Once she had returned the kit with the babies fingerprint the finished charm arrived within the said time frame . A lovely gift idea for those who want to do something different . Customer service were excellent and prompt to answers my questions . I would definitely recommend this company and I personally would use them again .

My customer service was pretty good. The sets to create the fingerprints were sent quickly. My original item was not delivered but I was then sent the item quickly. The one star is for the quality of the item. It’s really not great and I can’t help but wonder if they even are my children’s fingerprints! A few years ago I used a different company and the product was beautiful the prints were clear and I was delighted. Sadly I can’t say the same about this and I can’t help but feel deflated and pretty ripped off.
