We booked two tickets for the forthcoming Wollaton light show, and me like a fool lost the e-tickets screenshots I thought I had taken. I e-mailed their customer services this morning, and they responded extremely quickly, sending me copy tickets. We were worried we wouldn't be able to go as I'd lost the booking reference as well!! Thank you very much for helping us. Very much appreciated.

They only returned 81% of the amount I paid for tickets for a cancelled event and have refused to refund the full amount when questioned about it because they're legally allowed to due to the small print in their Terms and Conditions. Moreover, their customer service team (namely Harry Taylor) is particularly rude.

Absolutely disgusting. As bad as TM. They don't know what they're doing and they just wanna hold your money for over a year with no update or refund. I will never buy a ticket from you again. Oh and as mentioned by others the staff are very rude and totally incompetent

I started asking in May about let's rock belfast that it would be cancelled.also to get a refund. Got one reply. Then nothing so decided to work on it today. The person said there was a window opportunity to get a refund. Well god knows when that was. I'm trying to get a refund but not getting one. They have told me if it's cancelled next year it goes on to 2022. then maybe on to the next after that. I believe no one will be getting any money back. Really angry about this.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude and whilst they do reply to emails they ignore the questions asked! Completely devoid of any care. Phone doesn’t allow you to leave messages and they don’t pick up \u200d️

worst experience buying tickets ever! i bought tickets for a concert and then i wasn't able to go, so i asked them for 2 months to send my tickets so i would be able to resell them. they didn't do it and 2 days before the concert i received an email saying i had to pick up the tickets the day of the concert at the venue. i called and they said the tickets were send 4 months ago to my address... unbelievable!

Please dont buy from Gigantic. Bought 2 x tickets to see Crowded House, and because of the pandemic, the gig was rescheduled for next year, which I cant attend. They are quite happy to take your money straight away, but it can take at least 21 days for a refund. Also,I paid 85 per ticket, but will only get 75 (the face value) Disgusting practice.

What a joke of an organisation. Web site for tramlines 2020 had loads of issues yet they blame the customers for not getting the tickets they attempted to secure. Despite following instructions on their web site and having date stamped evidence of trying to secure tickets they fail to honour the ticket prices. Even worse all attempts to make an escalated complaint are blocked by the customer advisores who eith fail to respond or will not share details for me to make an escalated complait.
