Hairven has been really professional throughout the covid restrictions. I've been a few times since I moved to Nottingham in March and I'm so happy with their cleanliness and measures as well as the brilliant service. I went in December for a colour and cut and they did a wonderful job while keeping everything safe and it felt like a treat to myself to have my hair done.

I went to Hairven to have a colour disaster from elsewhere sorted out. I was quite apprehensive but was impressed with how professional everyone was. I had a full consultation first & then returned to have it done. They took their time over it, I wasn’t rushed in and out. I am so happy with the result & relieved to have got it done just before lockdown. I just hope the colour doesn’t fade too much before salons are allowed to open again.

After a home bleach and a bad experience a different salon- the staff at Hairven listened to what I wanted, discussed with me what they thought would work and delivered it amazingly. Staff are really friendly and welcoming, and I am over the moon with the result.

I used to be regular Hairven customer for years and recommended Hairven Beeston to everyone. However, last visit left me extremely dissapointed in their service. I called to book 2 waxes and cut & blow dry. Lady working in beauty is amazing - I would not trust anyone else with my eyebrows. When I arrived I was told that I will have to wait over an hour in between my beauty and hair appointments. Even though I wasted an hour of my day waiting due to their mess up, I thought that at least new hair cut will raise my mood. Surprise suprise... I asked for one length cut throghout, but after coming back home and brushing my hair I noticed that one side of my head is an absolute mess with hair being clipped unevenly. So now, after paying 35 pounds to an uncompetent hairdresser, I have to go to another salon so that Hairven mistakes could be fixed.
