Couldn’t recommend hot tub master enough to anybody looking to place an order. From ordering to delivery everything was smooth and efficient. We have the nova stream 2 and couldn’t get over the size on delivery. The loungers are really comfy and the 3 seats are also great we can all fit in without it being a squeeze. If you are a first time buyer like ourselves I would recommend you order the setup service as we didn’t and wish we had. Trying to figure out how the filters etc go in took a while.
