They served a 5 month off beer and the manager had no courtesy to deal with the situation in a proper way. I would definitely suggest checking the dates on the drink bottles as it seems like their alcoholic beverages could be lying in their storage for over a year. Pros -Food tastes very good -Interiors are beautiful. -Very romantic Cons -A bit overpriced.

It was a great experience. Food was delicious. We really enjoyed the Egyptian Lamb Fatta. Nice and different interior. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We regret that we didn't come to this place before. Update (Dec 2018): We have had our 2nd visit after 2 months based previous good experience. I am afraid I have to change my rating from 5-star to 2-Star. New chef, and quality of the main and starter are not great. NOT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. 12.5% SERVICE CHARGE!!! Average service and below average food! it is not worth it. we are not going to visit this restaurant again, over priced and low quality.

Very good food, and something specific to Morocco in terms of culinary arts. A very good customer service, and overall serving. Kind staff, generous and very helping in terms of helping you to decide what you wish to eat and how to eat it, which is very important. Make sure you try Marrakesh beer, is brilliant.

Just as a warning the portion sizes are extremely big for some of these meals! My mum ordered the Lebanese Baby Chicken and as you can tell from the images it was massive! Although they let us have a takeaway container to take the rest home, it was delicious so we couldn't let it go to waste! I had the King Prawn Tagine which was gorgeous, the food came with complementary pita bread which was warm and the food came hot (presumably just finished cooking). The food was slightly on the pricier side however, I truly think it was worth it for the quality and quantity that you get. Only complaint was the toilets: where the toilet roll holder was broken and barely hanging to the wall and the toilet seat wasn't secured properly and slipped when you sat down. Overall incredible food, different to almost everything else in Nottingham, highly recommend.

Somebody take me here everyday PLEASE. This is my favourite restaurant in Nottingham. It was the first luxury restaurant I ate in when I arrived Nottingham for the first time about 3 years ago and no eat out has met the standards of this place. I love their delicious food sooo much I wish they provided a buffet service. Nway I won't advise that because customers like me would probably bankrupt the company

Regardless if you are looking for a shisha or some traditional African food, Marrakech restaurant is a good choice. The food is great and service is good and friendly. Prices are average but the portions are a good size. The meze is good andcthe desserts are excellent.

Great dishes and professional staffs. However, drinks and the service charge is too high.
