Had the absolute pleasure of buying my new car from Marshall Skoda Nottingham this week. Despite lockdown, the team pulled out all the stops to make my buying process smooth and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Will Lillejord who was fantastic. From the first phone call to the after sale care, nothing has been too much trouble. I needed a replacment car. The company website worked very well giving a list of those available at the site within walking distance. The staff were very helpful - just right in the current lockdown circumstances - and - for someone who rarely changes his car - reassuring throughout the process. The car I purchased, whilst not the same make, is similar to the one I already had so collection and driving away was very easy.
