Natalie was a very patient and understanding lady. I had a service which was first class but unfortunately you couldn't sort the battery problem out which is Volvo's. My battery is now fully charged but the support battery won't hold the charge for long. I believe either a stronger alternator or double alternator like BMW to be the answer. I have told Volvo but of course no reply. With best wishes.

We bought an 18 month old top of the range V40 from these charlatans, they said they had done all their checks and trusted them to do so. Silly us. Alloys oxidised and lacquer coming off soon after glossy shine of forecourt wash came off, we decided to buy a new set as best they offered was a touch up, several car parking dents became apparent, it was necessary to top up with oil after a few weeks and tracking out which was expensive to sort when car is fitted with cameras and driver assist @220. Told us that several options were on the car that weren't such as BLIS. Never, never and never will go near this place again. Buyer beware.
