Visited here for the first time last Saturday not having experienced VR before so we booked the Outbreak Origins campaign and the Arcade afterwards, and we have to say being avid gamers as well, we had SO much fun!! 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to experience something different and immersive! But for us it was actually the team Kay, Lucy & Ben that really made the experience so enjoyable, Kay was a fantastic host and guide pushing us to do our best during the origins campaign and Lucy was brilliant in giving us the full arcade experience trying every game in quick succession. Experiencing VR for the first time was great! but the team really made it for us with their upbeat presence and fantastic customer service. We can't wait to head back to get on that leaderboard!

I have been to the nottingham vr a number of times and almost every time it has been amazing. On a recent booking they made a mistake and put me in wembley. The staff were extremely apologetic and Ben actually gave me his personal email and then organised that I was contacted at a convenient time; sorted out a refund and rebooking including some freebies. I offered some responsibility for the mistake in booking but they were insistent they would see it corrected and me recompensed. They really went the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service and I can't wait to go back later this month!

Just completed my first VR escape room. I love escape rooms but never really liked the thought of VR. This has changed my mind about it though. We really enjoyed the pyramid room, it was the only one that is available through the Groupon that I purchased. We definitely want to come back and try more.

Me and the family loved it! Was a Christmas present, was the first thing like this we ever done and was a fun experience.

Really really good fun, I genuinely don't want to recommend this to much as I want to go back and not have to wait. But credit where it's due the price was reasonable and the experience was brilliant.

It's cool. Kids party for 11 year olds they loved it. I had fun too. Wiped the floor with em! Downsides were, not all the staff have skills for handling a gobby but harmless 11 year old (my son's flamboyant friend) an my VR lenses looked like they needed a clean. Could see a hair all the time I was playing. There are Pc's set up for Fortnight, PS4 VR and retro video games while you are waiting. Overall, mission accomplished. My son's mates think he's cool for a day
