Placed a pre order at the beginning of June, and am still waiting on any kind of update, as of 21 July; even just to say 'hey, we're processing your order, you can expect it by xxx date'. Tried the various channels to make contact, but not even an automated email response. Very disappointed in this lack of communication, especially when I paid for this upfront and you've had my money for over 6 weeks now. I was happy to be able to support a local independent, not only because I'm born and bred Notts, but also during these unprecedented times. In these modern times, basic communication, regardless of C-19, is not impossible, and I'm afraid this lack of communication doesn't make me feel good. Incidentally, I let it ride that you debited a random 12 from my card last year, about 2 weeks after I came into the shop and spent a ton; I queried it, but nobody ever got back to me. I think your customer service lets you down massively, which is a real shame.

Nothing in this store is Original! Also a lot of their designs are copies with no reference to the original artist and honestly the customer service isnt good enough. If your looking for a good independent street wear company try Bene Culture they are brilliant!!
The store is really tidy and clean, as well as brightly lit. When I entered they were playing Electric Relaxation by A Tribe Called Quest which is one of my favourite tracks of all time. It really fit the mood/vibe of the store which just elevated the whole experience so much - very considered! The clothes are alright but nothing particularly interesting or spectacular from my point of view. They're well made and good enough in terms of quality. Again, nothing I would personally buy but I can see them appealing to certain demographics. Most people my age (21) would certainly find the apparel more attractive. Originally I gave the store 3 stars but I feel there's not actually anything starkly negative about the store, it just doesn't align with my own personal tastes.
Amazing products, have been buying there for ages. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone (especially students) in Notts.
